Introduction from Phil Swann

I  formed Swann Sands to create and release music. I like adventurous music that takes the listener on a journey. It is mainly acoustic based but I like to branch out into different genres. I like to give any musicians I work with  freedom to explore ideas. ​

My main influences range from acoustic music like Simon & Garfunkel, Ralph McTell and Show of Hands to Progressive Rock bands like Genesis (Gabriel / Hackett era), Pink Floyd and Muse.
